粉末涂料的耐手印試驗

粉末涂料具有節能、環保、歸納性能優異的特點,相比傳統的液體涂料,粉末涂料具有無溶劑蒸發的優勢。但在實際噴涂固化進程中,粉末涂料仍然會有少數小分子物質蒸發,最常見的現象就是在固化進程中有“冒煙”現象。還有一種現象簡單被忽視,那就是“手印”現象。

例如:噴涂好的工件,工人下件時手直觸摸摸涂膜,簡單發生“手印”現象;或許工件有瑕疵,二次噴涂固化,沒有二次噴涂的地方,常常會出現之前觸摸者的手印,而且手印非常顯著;如果二次噴涂正好是之前手觸摸的地方,涂膜之間的附著力還會出現問題。此類“手印”現象到處可見,尤其是亮光產品,“手印”現象更為顯著。發生此類現象的主要原因,一方面是聚酯樹脂中含有的低相對分子質量物質,制備成粉末涂料進行應用的進程中,在涂層外表分出,造成“手印”現象。

特別是夏季,涂層與人體手汗成分觸摸,“手印”消光更為顯著。另一方面是粉末配方中一些小分子助劑,具有較強的蒸發性和遷移性。如蠟粉、流平劑、安息香等,在固化進程中浮到涂膜外表,使涂膜外表發生一層薄膜,汗手觸摸時簡單發生手印。

本研究主要從聚酯樹脂的組成視點研究粉末涂料的耐手印性能,以對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、新戊二醇等為原料制備一種耐手印聚酯樹脂,討論原材料單體以及組成工藝對耐手印性能的影響,并簡單介紹其在高光、砂紋粉末涂料應用中的耐手印情況。
